Occupational therapist under the supervision of the Director is responsible for providing clinical services including assessment, treatment, education, program planning and implementation in accordance with the college of occupational therapy standards. Clinical Responsibilities Responsible for the assessment of clients, establishment and ongoing evaluation and revision of treatment programs, including goals and discharge plans. Maintains current accurate clinical records according to standards set by College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. An Occupational Therapist (OT) provides therapeutic services to clients with a variety of disabilities/impairments. Therapeutic services may include: assessment, development of a rehabilitation plan, establishing goal-directed therapy services, providing OT treatment, updating therapy services and discharging or transitioning clients to community services. This part-time – 4 day/week opportunity will be based at High River General Hospital and is focused on supporting Rehabilitation programming in facility and surrounding communities.
