Job Description

Knew Life is growing and we are looking for a Registered Orthopedic Physiotherapist who demonstrates confidence, a commitment to learning and willingness to adopt the biopsychosocial model of care into their practice.

We strongly believe in the holistic approach to providing physiotherapy services as well as team work to achieve exceptional patient care and outcomes. We receive an abundance of referrals from all the major hospitals in the Hamilton region which means our waitlists are growing and we need a Physiotherapist ready to take on a caseload of interesting and unique cases that are sure to challenge you and develop your skills.
Knew Life is located in a beautifully renovated home office in Ancaster, Ontario. Upon joining our team, you will have your own spacious private office and treatment room fully furnished where you can provide manual pelvic floor physiotherapy services as well as exercise demonstrations. Should you require additional exercise equipment, a beautiful gym space is available to you as well.

Working at Knew Life will provide you with unique opportunities including 1 on 1 mentorship with our expert pelvic floor PT, Operating Room observation and participation in research related activities. 
Our goal is to provide exceptional physiotherapy services by educating our patients and providing them with the tools they need to independently manage their condition. Our ideal candidates would need to demonstrate an interest in pelvic health with a strong desire to collaborate and learn from our team all the while bringing their own unique and innovative expertise to the table. 

The candidates would benefit from:

  • Being a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario (CPO) and possess a CPA membership
  • Having completed Mackenzie and/or Acupuncture courses.
  • Being comfortable treating males, females and children.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education.
  • Having strong orthopedic skills.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to adopt the biopsychosocial model of care.
