Experience and Qualifications:

-Licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
-Ability to work with other multi-disciplinary team professionals
-Excellent assessment and treatment skills for musculoskeletal, WSIB, MVA and mTBI in an outpatient, fee for service setting is preferred
-Accurate recording and reporting skills
-Excellent team player with superior communication skills
-Innovative and enthusiastic
-Ability to motivate and be sympathetic, yet positive and client-centered in all interactions with patients
-Have a thorough understanding of confidentiality and patient dignity
-Demonstrate self-directed carry-through of patient care activities
Initiative, good problem solving and communication skills are necessary
-Good understanding of safety; individual and patient-related
-Satisfactory attendance
-Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
-Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check
-Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization
