Physiotherapist

Port Alberni Physiotherapy Clinic is a growing private practice with a great reputation and loyal following. We currently have 4 Physiotherapists and a Kinesiologist on staff.  The work environment is very relaxed and autonomous with ample opportunity for learning. The 2200 sq ft facility was fully renovated in 2018 with 2 GP's below and 2 GP's next door.   It is fully accessible and boasts 9 foot ceilings, 6 private treatment rooms and a 600 sq ft gym.

Port Alberni itself is in a perfect location, surrounded by lakes and mountains and less than a 90 minute drive to both Tofino and Mount Washington.  Recreational activities are in abundance yet the cost of living remains low.  Your work/life balance here is very desirable.  

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team.  There is a full caseload ready to take over and opportunities for other lines of work including running education workshops and exercise/rehabilitation classes, if desired.  Scheduling is flexible to meet your needs.

Requirements:

5 year plus experience

Pilates training is preferred but not essential

Passed both the qualifying exam and practical national exam with Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators

Job Summary:

Permanent Full Time

$45 per hour

32-40 hours per week

2 weeks paid vacation

Paid Statutory Holidays
