Equilibrium is in search of a physiotherapist team member for our Yates St location. Located in Harris Green on the edge of downtown and in the medical district. Equilibrium is a group of busy, award winning, well established clinics in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island. Easy commuting from anywhere in Victoria by car, transit or bike.
We have 3 clinics in Victoria with 2 chiropractors, 38 RMT's, 3 physiotherapists, 4 acupuncturists, and one kinesiologist! We have many new patients per month and can guarantee 5 new assessments per week to a physiotherapist that joins us.
Everything is provided to ensure that you will have a busy and rewarding practice; full time reception with 11 customer-focused Patient Experience Coordinators, direct billing, treatment tables, online booking, online charting, marketing, supplies, patients plus more. We are an Award Winning, established, busy clinic in our 15th year of operation.
Be on the ground floor at our Yates St location as we introduce physiotherapy to our long time patient base. We have a new dedicated space for physiotherapy. We have many new patients per month as well as referrals from our other locations. You will be busy in no time!
We want all our physios to achieve their professional goals. We provide mentorship, and support certification and new programs that can better serve our community. Pelvic Floor focus and IMS will be given special consideration. Our medical building has several urologists which makes a pelvic floor physio a special niche.

Equilibrium is a group of clinics located in Victoria, BC with over 55 dedicated team members. We have three locations to serve you; Equilibrium Massage Therapy is conveniently located on the edge of downtown on Yates St, near Cook. Equilibrium Therapeutics is located on Tillicum Rd, at the corner of highway 1 and Equilibrium Therapeutics Eagle Creek is located in Eagle Creek Village, opposite Victoria General Hospital. For ease of access, all locations offer free parking with 2 hour free parking on Yates St., and a free parking lot at both our Tillicum and Eagle Creek Village locations.
We have a highly experienced multidisciplinary manual therapy team who offer specialized treatment services for any pain, injury, or discomfort you may be feeling. We also feel it’s very important to maintain your successes and offer wellness treatments for those that have worked through their physical issues, as well as for those that have stressful lives and see the benefits that regular treatment programs can provide. Most of our patients are seeing us to address a specific physical limitation, injury or condition, but many desire the benefits of a long-term treatment program. No matter which location you choose, we are happy to offer the choice to integrate treatments across multiple disciplines. We continue to devote a large amount of our practice to the Registered Massage Therapy we’ve become known for.
