Full time Physiotherapist

Job Description

Join Red Deer’s premier multidisciplinary health team at Pure and take your physiotherapy career to the next level!

At Pure, we have built a clinic culture where collaboration, professional growth and patient outcomes come first. You will work alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths and other allied health experts; sharing knowledge, co-managing cases and learning from each other daily. Our state-of-the-art facility and supportive administrative team mean you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional, hands-on care.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus up to a $1,500 signing bonus to welcome you onboard. Your compensation package also includes dental and vision coverage, a subsidized yoga membership, paid professional development days and performance-driven bonuses.

Whether you are a seasoned “rock-star” clinician or a recent graduate eager to grow, you will have the opportunity to:

Design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans—manual therapy, exercise prescription, needling, taping and post-op rehab.

Empower patients with injury-prevention strategies and long-term wellness coaching.

Maintain clear, timely documentation in line with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta standards.

Contribute to a thriving practice by building your caseload within our rapidly growing patient base.

We believe in work–life balance, so you can choose full-time or part-time hours, enjoy a casual dress code and take advantage of flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle. Our leadership team invests in your future with in-house mentorship programs, workshops and a clear pathway to career advancement.
