Your Role

Clinic & Community:
Work in our Campbell River clinic, a shared space within a busy medical practice, with opportunities to expand into home visits if you’re interested.
Patient Care:
Conduct 1-hour initial assessments and 30+ minute follow-ups—because time = quality care. We minimize the admin burden on clinicians, so you can enjoy the best part of being a Physiotherapist. 
Mentorship & Growth:
Receive 1:1 mentorship and training from a highly experienced team to build your confidence in community-based care.
Flexible Scheduling:
Choose the appointment spacing that fits your style—whether you prefer back-to-back sessions or a more relaxed pace. We help you see what your earnings could look like, so you control your work-life balance.
Diverse Caseload:
Enjoy a varied caseload focusing on clients who genuinely need our help.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation:
• Orientation / starting phase: $54 / hour
• Earning Potential: High performers can achieve total earnings between $100,000 and $120,000 per year (full-time equivalent).

What You Need

✔️ Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
✔️ Valid BC driver’s license
✔️ Tech-savvy
✔️ A passion for learning and a commitment to providing quality patient care
