Physiotherapist- Clinic Director

Body Works Physiotherapy is a rapidly expanding physiotherapy clinic in Scarborough area seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as Lead Physiotherapist. As the Lead Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clinic. This is a leadership role that requires a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping patients.

We are a multi-disciplinary clinic that offers Physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy and chiropody care. Our clinic is founded by Chiropractors who understand you and know the support our new leader needs!

SOME OF THE RESPONSABILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of clinicians, providing clinical guidance and support
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key members, including patients, referrers, and other healthcare providers
• Promote and market our physiotherapy services to the community, developing strategies to increase patient referrals and revenue
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring that patient outcomes are maximized
• Participate in the recruitment and performance management of clinical staff, including conducting performance appraisals and providing ongoing feedback and support
• Contribute to the development of the wider organization's strategic plan and assist in the implementation of relevant initiatives
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Identify areas for clinic improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and experience

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the relevant physiotherapy board
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with experience managing and leading a team
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team
• Selfstarted
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
