Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) was established in 2003 as a voluntary collective of four hospitals (Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital) and amalgamated on April 1, 2024.

The HPHA provides care across the continuum of acute and community-based services. With an annual operating budget of $199 million, the corporation has over 1,300 staff represented by three unions and a non-union group, over 350 volunteers and patient/caregiver partners, and a growing number of professional staff. Each hospital has separate Foundations and Auxiliaries/Volunteer Councils.

HPHA is an organization born out of change; one that embraces the potential of partnerships; harnesses the power of performance, and values the skills and guidance of our people – patients, families and caregivers included. That’s how we remain at the forefront of care – thriving in a changing environment, pushing the envelope, and committed to the well-being of our patients.

HPHA is a proud member of the Huron Perth and Area Ontario Health Team.
