For 70 years, the Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent has provided quality therapy and programming to children and youth with special needs from birth through age 21, who have physical, developmental, or communication challenges, so that all children, of all abilities, can reach their full potential. These services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, autism services, audiology, social work, respite, music therapy, and a variety of adapted recreational programs. Services are delivered through our Chatham campus and outreach hubs as well as through Full Day Learning sites throughout 10 Chatham-Kent communities. The CTC-CK is the only organization in Chatham-Kent that specializes in providing children's rehabilitation therapy to individuals with special needs, and has developed several community partners to ensure that clients are receiving the best, streamlined care. The skills and abilities developed at the CTC-CK allow kids to excel in the Centre, and out in the community. In addition, the Centre provides open community access to its unique facilities, including the therapy pool, audiology and enhanced programs.
