The Athlete's Zone is a sports performance training facility in Mississauga, Ontario that provides services to both amateur and professional athletes and active individuals of every age across a number of platforms, both in our Sports Injury Clinic and through our in-house and online Athlete Development Programs.

Our 8,000sp.ft. facility is specifically designed to enhance the training and rehabilitative experience for all athletes, offering clinical rehabilitative services, return to play programs and post surgical care for athletic individuals of all ages and abilities.
