Reporting to the Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation Advice Line (RAL) at Health Link, this position provides immediate consultation and supervision to staff, such as providing clinical consultation, shift debriefing, and assisting with clinical decision making and problem solving. This position is responsible for day-to-day problem solving related to RAL staffing, technology, and business processes. The position also supports Quality and Safety activities through participation in staff education sessions, quality assurance activities, and coaching of staff.
